Bought these for a large family camping trip and the furthest I attempted was 2 miles through dense forest. I wish they were rechargeable, but as long as you have some rechargeable batteries, there’s not a single issue. Batteries lasted 6 days; wish there was a way to turn off the “Power On” chime, but that’s a nitpick.
My young child uses these at bedtime when they need something. Multiple uses and the sound quality is great.
